Catherine Clancy owner and director of White Crane Yoga is a certified teacher of Vinyasa Yoga, Trauma-informed Yoga, and Yoga Nidra with experience facilitating yoga classes in a diverse variety of contexts.
Like many, I came to the practice of yoga following an injury. The physicality, combined with the mental and emotional clarity attained through Vinyasa Yoga soon had me hooked. Having movement and meditation in my daily life, I developed an inner calm that helped me through some stressful life experiences with far more ease than I could ever have imagined.
Experiencing such profound benefits, I developed a desire to become a yoga teacher, so that I could guide others in their own personal growth journies. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to open White Crane Yoga and to promote and share Yoga in my local community.
